1. Services Provided

Paramount Publisher provides self-publishing services including, but not limited to, manuscript editing, formatting, cover design, printing, distribution, and marketing support for authors.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have legal parental/guardian consent to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Author Responsibility

You retain ownership of your manuscript and intellectual property.

You are responsible for ensuring your manuscript does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or applicable laws.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting your work.

4. Payment Terms

All fees for services are communicated before commencement.

Payment must be made in full or according to the agreed payment plan before work begins.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment processors.

5. Refund Policy

Paramount Publisher offers a full refund if services are not completed within 60 days of the agreed project timeline, unless delays are caused by the author (e.g., late submission of materials, pending approvals, or excessive revision requests).

Refunds will not be issued once final deliverables (such as completed book files, distributed titles, or marketing campaigns) have been provided.

In cases of disputes, Paramount Publisher will review the project and may issue a partial or full refund at its sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

Authors retain full copyright of their work.

By submitting your manuscript, you grant Paramount Publisher a limited, non-exclusive license to edit, format, print, and distribute your work according to the chosen publishing package.

7. Limitation of Liability

Paramount Publisher shall not be held liable for:

Errors or issues in content supplied by the author.

Delays caused by third-party distributors, retailers, or shipping services.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct.

9. Changes to Terms

Paramount Publisher may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA.
